Such a cute family!!! I love them. Erica is one of my very best friend's sisters. Alayna is such a doll, and she is always smiling. Except when there's a strange person with a very intriguing camera making her do things on a freezing cold day. ;) Despite the cold, she was an amazing sport and we had tons of fun.

I couldn't stop talking about how seriously fun and amazingly natural these two were at this. I am so happy they found me, and I'm especially flattered since Lauren is a photography student. I can't wait for their LA wedding. And the nice weather we had has got to come back!

looking for a new flash

Hi everyone! So I thought I was prone to any equipment malfunctions until last week when my sb-600 flash stopped working and my 50mm 1.8 lens broke (the latter being my own fault, I still can't believe I dropped it!) :)

Has anyone used both the old sb-800 and the new sb-900 and have any recommendations as to which would be better? I have read a few reviews online, and both look fabulous, but prices vary and I'd love to get the best deal.

On a personal note, I have overbooked myself in April & May and have had little time to blog! I'm attempting to make some changes in my daily routine so I can make time for everything. But in the next weeks and months I will definitely be updating much more often, I can't wait!
